Overview

This policy covers Art of NVC (www.artofnvc.com) and the Art of NVC mobile app (iOS and Android), which displays the same website. We keep collection minimal.

Mobile app

• The app is a wrapper around the website. Browsing, sign-in, and membership work the same way as on www.artofnvc.com.
• Membership is purchased on the website via Stripe (not through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases).
• Local storage in the app (cookies / WebView storage) may keep you signed in and remember game progress on that device.

Website

If you create a member account, subscribe, send a contact message, or check out, we process the email (and any message you write) needed to reply and provide access (via providers such as Clerk, Stripe, and our database host). Newsletter or quiz email capture is used only to send the content you requested and related updates about Art of NVC.

Analytics & crash data

Stores and hosting platforms may collect standard diagnostics (for example crash reports or aggregate install metrics). We do not sell personal information.

Children

The app and site are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
