What's the free Conflict Resolution Masterclass?
A free 90-minute live training on Thursday, November 12 · 7 to 8:30 pm Central. You'll learn practical skills for difficult conversations and how Emergency Empathy can change the direction of a conflict. RSVP with your name and email; the Zoom link is sent when it's ready, plus a reminder the day before.
What's the Conflict Resolution Intensive?
A four-week live cohort (November 12, 19 · December 3, 10) for people who want to fundamentally change how they handle conflict. Maximum 16 participants. Tuition is $1,600. Includes six months of full membership and practice groups, plus a one-hour private coaching session after you finish. Reserve a seat on the intensive page.
Who can join the practice group?
Practice groups are for people who completed Art of NVC training or private coaching. Current members, coaching clients, and class alumni can RSVP after logging in with the email we have on file. Graduates of the Conflict Resolution Intensive get six months of full membership and practice groups, plus a one-hour private coaching session after they finish. After that, sessions are $35 each. Log in with the email we have on file to RSVP. The next session is Sunday, September 20 · 3 to 4 pm Central.
What's included in the membership?
Membership is $35/month and includes the full NVC video course, a live practice group every month, practice games and exercises, and early access to new content. New visitors usually start with the free masterclass.
How do I log in after joining?
Click “log in” in the top-right corner. Use the same email you used at checkout. If you don't have an account yet, that same screen will create one. Check your email for a one-time code. If you don't see it, check spam or promotions. Your membership unlocks automatically once you're signed in with that email.
I paid but the site says I'm not a member. What do I do?
Make sure you're logged in with the exact email you used when you paid. That's how the site matches your payment to your account. If it still doesn't unlock, reach out through the contact page and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do I cancel my membership or update my card?
Log in, go to the Membership page, and click “Manage subscription.” That opens a secure Stripe portal where you can update your payment method or cancel anytime. There's also a “Manage subscription” link in the footer of every page.
What's the difference between the masterclass, the intensive, membership, and private sessions?
The free masterclass is the front door. The Conflict Resolution Intensive is the live four-week training for usable skill. Membership is ongoing access to the video course, games, and practice groups for people already in the ecosystem. Private sessions are one-on-one help with a specific conflict right now.
Do I need any NVC experience to start?
No. The free masterclass starts from the skills that matter in real arguments. The intensive builds from there with live practice and coaching.
Is there a free way to get started?
Yes. RSVP for the Conflict Resolution Masterclass on Thursday, November 12 · 7 to 8:30 pm Central. The Art of NVC podcast, the “Do You Speak Violently?” quiz, the Faux Feelings test, the first Emergency Empathy conflict, free preview lessons, and downloadable worksheets are free too. You can also book a free 15-minute intro if you're considering a private session.
What's the free 15-minute intro?
A short call with Micah to figure out whether a private session is the right next step. Bring one situation. It is not a mini coaching session: you will not work through the conflict on this call. Book it on the coaching page. One per person.
Is there a sliding scale if the price is a barrier?
Yes. A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available for private sessions. Start with the free 15-minute intro, or reach out through the contact page and we'll find something that works.
Do you offer workshops for companies or retreat centers?
Yes. Micah offers on-site seminars, virtual trainings, and multi-day retreat intensives. See the For Organizations page to start a conversation.
Can I add Art of NVC to my phone's home screen?
Yes. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home Screen or Install app. It opens like an app, without the App Store.
