ONLINE NVC PRACTICE INTENSIVE MARCH 28

A weekly practice group guided by Micah Salaberrios

author of, The Art of Nonviolent Communication

and host of the podcast, The Art of NVC.

The main focus of this group is to give participants time practicing NVC and Emergency Empathy using role play. This allows beginners to experience how it actually feels to use NVC in the real world using proper technique. In my experiences this is one of the best ways to speed up the learning process on the journey to seamlessly using NVC in your daily life creating deeper connections and avoiding needless arguments and misunderstandings.

Each participant will be given three scenarios to work through with 3 different partners. These scenarios will be created by Micah or based off the answers to the questions you will be emailed upon signing up for a class. Micah will guide each role play scenario until the two participants resolve the issue using Nonviolent Communication and Emergency Empathy.
